Dinner & dancing
Marry wherever you like, then bring everyone to ENSO. Flow between the Barrel Room and Tasting Lounge for a glass of wine, a seated meal and a dance floor that goes until last call.
The full celebration
Say your vows in the Barrel Room: red wooden chairs, candlelight, and a florally-decorated arbor among the barrels (you bring the florist). Then we reset the space around you for the party. Up to 80 seated, 120 standing.

- Our team helps flip the room between ceremony and reception so you don't have to.

- Eight hours covers getting ready, the ceremony, dinner and dancing.
Music, sound & the timeline
For the vows, the toasts and the dance party.
- DJ or band
- There's room to set up a DJ or a small band. Bring your favorite, and plan power and placement with us in advance.
- PA & microphone
- Our sound system and wireless-ready mic carry vows, toasts and first-dance dedications.
- Projector & screen
- A full-size drop-down screen for slideshows or a welcome reel, placed in the Barrel Room near the ceremony area.
- Last call
- Per the OLCC, music and service wind down at 11pm. The perfect time for a sparkler send-off.
A loose flow
Arrive & set up
We'll have the space ready by the time you arrive. Plenty of time for you to get the finishing details set.
Ceremony & first pours
Say "I do," then flow to the bar while we reset the Barrel Room.
Dinner, toasts & dancing
Seated dinner, heartfelt toasts and a full dance floor.
Last dance · 11pm
One final song, then a send-off into the Portland night.
Food, drink & catering
Pour something lovely. Feed everyone well.
Hosted or no-host
Choose an open, hosted bar with a limit you set, or let guests run their own tabs. Drinks average $11 a glass between wine, beer, cider and NA options, with about one drink per guest each hour. A 20% gratuity applies to all food & drink.
Charcuterie & more
Add appetizer portions of locally-made salami, cheese and bread for $7 a person, served on black-walnut boards: a beautiful match for our wines. More is available from our menu.
Catering
You're welcome to choose whoever caters your day. The caterer provides dishware, flatware and serving pieces and handles their own bussing and trash. A few local favorites who know our space and prep area well:
