Host your memorable gathering with wines made right here in Portland.
We have a variety of ways to help you host a memorable party, meeting, meal or celebration. Groups as small as 20 and as large as 120 are right at home in our warm, casual space.
It's a great chance to show off wines made in Portland, with food, beer and cider options and an extensive non-alcoholic menu because you don't always need alcohol to celebrate.
Intimate & characterful
Warm wood, clean lines and wine barrels. Seats up to 40, holds 60 standing. Ideal for showers, dinners and meetings.
Barrel Room + Tasting Lounge
The whole winery, just for you. Up to 120 standing or 80 seated, with room to mingle, dine and dance.

In the Barrel Room

- Two wireless microphones and one wired microphone, plus aux in for phones and laptops.

- HDMI input only. Bring an adapter if your laptop needs one.
- Screen
- A full-sized, ceiling-mounted screen, viewable throughout the Barrel Room.
Plan at least a half hour before and after your event for set-up and clean-up, within your booked rental time.
How food & drink work
Delicious is the easy part. Just tell us how you'd like to run the bar.
Every rental carries a reasonable alcohol minimum, and the host makes sure it's met. A 20% gratuity is added to all food & drink. Choose the bar style that suits your day:
Hosted bar
Often called an open bar: covered by a single payer, with a dollar limit you set (as long as the minimum is met). Drinks average $11 a glass between wine, beer, cider and NA options. Plan on about one drink per guest, per hour.
No-host bar
Guests cover their own drinks. At the end of the night our bar team tallies the tabs to confirm the alcohol minimum was reached.
On the menu
Add appetizer portions of locally-made salami, cheese and bread for $7 / person, served on black-walnut boards: a beautiful match for our wines. More is available from our menu, too.
Prefer to bring your own food or a caterer? Wonderful. The client or caterer provides all dishware, flatware and serving pieces, and handles bussing, dishes and trash from their service.

What it takes to book
Ready when you are.
- Hold your date
- A deposit reserves your day. Details can be planned afterwards.
- Food & drink
- Due by the end of the event, with 20% gratuity on all food and alcohol.
- Leave it as found
- If extra cleaning is needed, a $100 fee applies.
- Last call
- Per the OLCC, we stop serving at 11pm. No outside alcohol, please.
